One of my absolute favorite Summer cocktails !!

Watermelon Mojito
Refreshing and vibrant! 🍉🍹

Ingredients:

2 cups fresh watermelon, cubed
10 fresh mint leaves
1 tbsp sugar ( I prefer agave or simple syrup)
1/2 lime, cut into wedges
2 oz white rum
1 oz lime juice
Club soda
Refreshing and vibrant! 🍉 🍹

PURPLE GECKO SHOT

This recipe combines sweet and tart flavors for a balanced shot.

Ingredients:

1.5 ounces tequila
0.5 ounces blue curacao
0.5 ounces triple sec (or orange liqueur)
1 ounce cranberry juice
1 ounce sweet and sour mix
0.5 ounce lime juice (optional)
Lime wedge for garnish (optional)
Instructions:

Combine all ingredients (except garnish) in a shaker with ice.
Shake well and strain into a chilled shot glass.
Garnish with a lime wedge (optional).

Tropical Twist:

Ingredients:
1/2 oz Malibu Rum
1/2 oz Light Rum
1/2 oz Blue Curaçao
1/2 oz Midori Melon Liqueur (or Apple Pucker)
Equal parts Sweet and Sour Mix & Pineapple Juice (to taste)
Garnish: Cherries or Pineapple Slice (optional)
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a cherry or pineapple slice (optional).
