Our prices are based on what you select for your menu and it’s per person versus per item. Standard dinners include but are not limited to a salad, entree, starch, vegetable and bread, water and tea. Heavy appetizers range based on how many and what the item is. We our own china, flatware, and stemware, and provide everything to be serve and to serve for all our events at no extra cost, unless our
clients want gold, colored china, or special glasses then we will rent those items for them, along linens if needed. We help behind the scenes in the planning process, we provide four appointments for our clients. We do a walkthrough at the venue to discuss layout, floor plan and design. We then meet at the rental company to help them select and linens they may need, specialty china if the are wanting. The third meeting we provide is a tasting, our tastings for designed for our booked clients, they get to choose 10 items that they want to try, from our menu or things that are not on our menu and get to invite up to 6 people including theirselves. That meeting is to ensure our clients get to what they, and the flavors are refined for them, or changed for their taste buds. The last meeting we provide, is a final walkthrough, this is where we go in more detail to finalize the floor plan, headcount, dietary restrictions, timeline, menu, etc. This is to make sure we have all the information to provide efficient service when we all are on the same wavelength. The we can finalize rentals, ordering product, and create their final invoice. The day of the event, our team goes and sets up the venue with the linens that we have rented, tables and chairs if need be, decor if need be, so all the other venders if any others are involved need to come behind us to set up the remaining items. Our staff is amazing, from set up to tear down, cutting cakes, to flipping the room, our company does it all. Our mission is to try and make sure our clients don’t have worry about a thing on their day or lift a finger to set up or tear down, but to enjoy their day, for their family, friends, and guests can be present, enjoy theirselves, and not worry if they have to help with something.
