NPC Total Body Championships Previously, Mississippi's 1st IFBB PRO SHOW:
IFBB TUPELO PRO & NPC TOTAL BODY CHAMPIONSHIPS They wanted a stage that will give rise to a new breed of Champions.

Previously known as the IFBB Tupelo Pro & The NPC Total Body Championships, it was a competition created from the floor up with the hard-core athlete in mind. Athletes worked harder, stayed longer, tortured their muscles, and fueled thier bodies with nutrients while the competition stayed home. Bodybuilders to fit model athletes, these competitors hard work (and hard bodies) deserved a stage where

all that blood, sweat, and energy did not go unnoticed. That was our stage is our stage; Total Body Championships.

First and foremost, we want to say, "Thank you!!"
It is time to say farewell to IFBB Tupelo Pro & NPC Total Body Championships. 2025 was our last year.
After much deliberation, Timmy & I have decided to take a step away from promoting. We have been in this sport for a long time. We have both competed for over 20 years, judged and promoted for over 15 years. In that time, we met so many wonderful people & have made long-lasting, cherished friendships. We would not trade that for anything!
There are so many people that we want to thank, definitely way too many to name here, for fear of missing someone. We would like to specifically thank Don and Betty Hollis; they saw something in Timmy & me that we did not even see in ourselves. Their leadership still lives within us each & every day. Thanks to Morris & Kelly Pruett for stepping right into their shoes & continuing to show us what honorable leadership looks like. The guidance you've shown is so appreciated & will never be forgotten. Thanks to James Lord with Gorilla Strong Training & Nutrition. You helped us elevate the Tupelo PRO over the last couple of years and bring the show to new heights, & we know we could not have done it without you!

I have also resigned as NPC MS's Vice Chair & social media manager. It has been my honor to serve you. I truly love our state, all its athletes & all our NPC News Online & IFBB pro league family! Timmy & I are going to take this time to focus more on our businesses & family. Know that we are not going far. We plan to continue judging, and of course, we will still be in the background, cheering everyone on, as always.
