Full time/part time positions available;
Position requires to handle all aspects of a floral shop including answering phones, taking orders, cleaning and organizing fresh flowers including being able to pick up heavy flower buckets, etc..
* Answer phone calls
* Print and organize orders
* Prepare delivery sheets for the drivers.
* Hand write customer's greeting messages on provided greeting cards and envelopes.
* Clean or cut flowers stems
* Change water for flowers
* Clean flower buckets
* Learn how to make flower wrap bouquets per store guidelines.
* Customer service skills, very fluent in English/Spanish
* and good communication skills
* Computer skills. (Social Media skills a plus)
* Occasional delivery if needed
