Our housemade lasagne are INCREDIBLE and come in 3 different types so there is something for everyone and the Beef Wellington is out of this world along with our Hazelnut Cake.

Fettuccine is a type of pasta popular in Roman cuisine. It is descended from the extremely thin capelli d'angelo of the Renaissance, but is a flat, thick pasta traditionally made of egg and flour.
Our gourmet small batch meal menu on Tuesday includes freshly made fettuccine pasta with our slow cooked Bolognese which is made from a mixture of beef and pork and cooked slowly on the stove for hours. Served with a side salad, where can you go wrong. It is a great winter evening comfort dinner.
Full order serves 4 @$80 and Half order serves 2 @ $41. Place orders by 2 pm on Monday and we will deliver to your door on Tuesday between 4 pm and 6 pm.

Cucina Followers this is our last gourmet small batch menu of the year due to the holidays. We will resume weekly menus the week of January 6th.

2 great meal options this week including Fresh made fettuccine pasta and bolognese sauce on Tuesday and a flavorful and juicy Pork Saltimbocca for Thursday. Add a dessert and some bread to round off a full meal.
Please place orders by 2 pm the day prior to delivery. As always we can't wait to feed you!

Buona Festa di Santa Lucia! Happy Feast Day of Santa Lucia!

Although typically associated with Scandinavian countries, St. Lucy's Feast Day is also celebrated in Italy - largely, Sicily, as she was born in Siracusa and is the patron saint of the city. This specific timing, and her name meaning light, are important factors in the particular devotion to Saint Lucia, as both her name and the way she is represented points towards the celebration of light or solar worship. Be sure to wish "Buon Onomastico" to your friends and family with the names: Lucy, Lucia, Lucille, Lucio, Luciano, Luciana.

Forbidden Rice Salad with flaky marinated salmon. Thursday's Gourmet Small Batch Meal delivery. We serve ours with fresh seasonal vegetables and cilantro with a charred poblano pepper dressing and marinated salmon. It's also Dairy and Gluten Free.
Best eaten at room temperature!

There is nothing like a delicious bowl of butternut squash soup with a hint of curry for this wacky weather we have been having. This Tuesday we will be serving it with a delicious spring side salad and a slice of fontina cheese quiche.
Orders come in 4 person ($85) or 2 person ($43). Order yours by 2 pm on Monday and it will be ready for delivery/pick up on Tuesdayday at 4 pm.

Next Week's Gourmet Small Batch Meal Menu is here! We have some great dishes for you next week including an ALL TIME client favorite Forbidden Rice Salad with Salmon and a winter favorite of butternut squash soup with a twist. Served with an amazing fontina cheese quiche and side salad.
Please place orders by 2 pm the day prior to arrival as always delivery and pickup are available between 4 and 6 pm.

Looking for a main course for Christmas Eve or Christmas Day? We will be making Beef Wellington for the holidays and delivering them on December 23rd to your door.
Beef Wellington is a steak dish of English origin, made out of fillet steak coated with pâté (often mushrooms) and duxelles, wrapped in shortcrust pastry, then baked. Some recipes include wrapping the coated meat in prosciutto as well.

Tuesday's small batch meal.........Seafood Chowder. We add shrimp, calamari, salmon, mussels and clams along with bacon and potatoes to make this delicious soup. It will be served with its own bread bowl the perfect cozy winter night dinner at home. Offered for 4 people at $85 and for 2 people at $43. We deliver on Tuesday's between 4 and 5:30 pm.

Are you officially tired of Thanksgiving leftovers? We have you covered with some delicious dinners this week. Chef John makes a KILLER seafood chowder and this time around it is served with a bread bowl. Thursday a flavorful chicken with lemon butter orzo pasta, a great meal. Place orders by 2 pm the day prior to delivery. We deliver between 4 pm and 530 pm.
