Post-Inauguration Hangover Party: a Benefit for the ACLU & Planned Parenthood

Ugh, he's back. Let's get together, rock out, and raise $ to protect Planned Parenthood & enable the ACLU to fight his un-democratic policies.

The Frost Heaves & Hales will get the party started @ 9:30, followed by dance rockers Rival Galaxies.

$5 suggested donation (split evenly between Planned Parenthood & the ACLU) but no one turned away for lack of funds.

Les Dérailleurs, Ex-Temper - live @ the Voo!

Les Dérailleurs bring the post-punk party! Eric Danton says of their latest single: “Leave It On is a lean indie-rock tune stacked with blazing guitars and a taut rhythm section that propels Joey Dérailleur’s expressive, catchy vocal melody."

Ex-Temper creates dynamic, guitar-driven rock, lovingly described as “witchy grunge.” The band blends intricate vocal harmonies and heavy riffs with a fresh take on many 90's influences. For over a decade, they've been crafting original music that defies convention while staying innovative and authentic.

This show will feature a suggested donation of $10, with 100% of the money going to charity.

DUNGEONS & DRAGONS ONE-SHOT - Select premade characters, and learn the basics of D&D while solving puzzles and facing enemies in a short dungeon. Sign up is 8pm-9pm, the game run time 9:15-close.

BOARD GAMES - Board Games will be available for check-out with the submission of an ID. We've aimed to build a catalogue of both Family Friendly and Adult Favorites.

The Boys from '69 - live @ the Voo!

The Boys from '69 is a multi-instrumental cover band made up of Tom Duncan, Bill Mccomb, and Jim Barber. They feature folk rock, rock, country, and blues mostly from the '60s and '70s, by such artists as Dylan, Van Morrison, Joe Cocker, and Creedence Clearwater Revival. The band came together for a class of '69 high school reunion a couple of years ago, but each band member has decades of experience in other bands. Come expecting some solid vocal harmonies, songs you can sing along to, and a good time.
