Instead of describing ourselves, we will let our customers do the talking. I had to get a rush order of flowers delivered to my wife at work because I was in the dog house and Jennifer made a great arrangement and I am back in the house again!! Great service, super fast delivery and very courteous and helpful in assisting to select flowers at reasonable price. Thanks Jennifer keep up the good work

"This is the only florist that my cousin Arthur orders flowers from for his wife. I went with him a few times to help him select the arrangements for very special occasions. The service is awesome, the girls are knowledgeable and helpful. Arthur said the bouquet of White lilies and Blue delphinium, the White Roses & Lilies in a vase are his wife's favorite. The price is a bit more than Conroy's, but I think it is definitely worth it because the flowers last a lot longer. Don't you want the flowers that you spend $40-$50 on to last more than a few days? "Saddleback is very comparable if not better in prices than many other florists in town and they have a much better selection with fresher flowers. There have been times when they don't have exactly what I want but they are always able to get it within a day or two. The staff is great to work with, they are very helpful and knowledgeable. Saddleback gives very personalized service and you never feel like you're in one of the big chains like Conroy's which aren't very helpful or friendly. Every detail is taken into consideration with this florist and the designers have exceptional talent. Saddleback has taken great care of the many orders I have placed and I plan to return for many more! I definitely recommend this florist!"

"Rather than go to one of the chain flower stores, check out Saddleback Flower Shop. The arrangements are excellent. They can do anything you want. The flowers are fresh and they arrive on time. No driving around with your arrangement getting all wilted, like some of the larger franchised places. Highly recommended!"

10 years! I can’t believe it’s been 10 whole years I’ve owned the shop.

It has taken so much literal blood, sweat, tears, and so much support from family and friends over the years. It is such a big and important day for me. This day has so much emotion wrapped up in it, especially this year. Despite the hardships, stress, and difficulties I’m still here and I owe a lot of that to many of you.

I’m so thankful to have a job I love doing, that allows me to be present for my kids. They are my true life’s joy and I’m so grateful to everyone who has encouraged me, supported me, helped me in a variety of ways, and put their heart into this business with me to allow me to be there for them. You really are supporting a small family, and in so many ways, when you support a small business.

I’m especially thankful for the incredible customers. It is such a joy to make beautiful arrangements for you and spread love with flowers.

Not only are we a florist, but a safe place for people to share their life stories, to come to for support, a place to share in community events, a place to share in the big momentous occasions and the difficult heartbreaking ones as well. The community, our customers, vendors, and staff have all made it the great place it is and my heart is full from that. Thanks for an unforgettable 10 years!

8 years ago Melanie walked into the shop looking for a floral designer position. Never in my wildest dreams would I have guessed that she would become my bestest friend in the world, and come along side me to make the shop the incredible business it is today! I owe so much to her for not only running this place with such dedication but for making me a better person along the way.

Mel took a big step to further her education and got her masters to become a licensed marriage and family therapist. She has worked her ass off for 2 years while still helping run the shop while pursuing a new career. She’s accepted a job in her new field and starts Monday so she will no longer be here regularly, today is her last day….although I plan to steal her and have some flower fun on occasion!

If you’ve worked with Mel I encourage you to leave her a comment here as I know she’s touched many people working at the shop. Congrats to my best friend for achieving what seemed like the impossible obtaining this masters degree and for never stopping chasing her dreams! I AM SO PROUD OF YOU MEL, and HONORED that you are my best friend! You will be sooooooooo freaking missed! 💜💜💜

I on the other hand will continue to be here kicking flower butt with my incredible sidekick Ailin! Come on in and say hi!
