Our Story

The desire to own and operate a small business was in my blood. As I grew up I watched my parents successfully run and grow our family business, and I saw the joy it gave them to serve their community. It had always been my dream to own a coffee shop, so I worked as a barista through college to gain experience crafting specialty coffee beverages. I had the opportunity to purchase Silver City Coffee from the Tuttle family that founded it just a few months after I graduated college, so I took the leap! That began my adventure of entrepreneurship and serving the great community of Tuttle. My family and my faith have sustained me through the many ups and downs of owning a business - every day is full of surprises! That circle of support grew even more when I married the love of my life in September of 2019. My husband has supported Silver City Coffee since day 1 of our time together, and has jumped in without hesitation to sling coffee with me and grow our business together as a team.
