Thanks for stopping by our site! We have nice large 20x60 gravel lots with 50/30/20 amp metered posts, constant water pressure pump and sewer at each site. We have daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal spots. Water, sewer and bathhouse has generator backup so you always have service.

We have 32 of the 50 sites up and running. Well and septic on generator backup along with East side lights. Full hookup year round with gravel lots 20x60 with 50/30/20 RV panel. Get your spot before we fill up!

Progress being made! In the home stretch. In the early stage of the build and today! This has been a fun project and one of our biggest challenges to date. Brayton and I became partners on this adventure back in 2022 and have sourced and managed the entire build. We are very blessed to accomplish such an undertaking. We have had a great group to work with Brad Sparks with B&S excavating and our good friend Mike McKinley and Alex Dillman burning some midnight oil with us.

Today’s progress before the rain caught us a 4. More done on the septic beds. We spread 12 trucks of #2 stone or 240 ton around the outer drive for the base. We will hopefully spread the sites in that area Monday.

Today’s progress was a little more tedious style with the beds than covering with 6” of sand! Getting it done. Top half is ready for the digging of the water and electrical as well as the main sewer line and feeds to campsites.
