Every time I work a wedding this always chokes me up. Specially well my son was away serving our country. But each parent no mater if they are still together or not had a special moment in the wedding. weather it is the speach, a first dance, helping put in the dress, pinning a boutonniere, or walking down the isle.. each is a precious moment for a parent.

BOY MOMS
Someone shared this with me and I knew I needed to share it with you. No truer words. Deep breath. Here we go.
You always hear about a girl’s daddy “giving his daughter away” on her wedding day. I had never thought much about the mommas and their sons. But y’all mommas give away something too. Something just as precious. Something I knew I would never get back.
I gave away being the one he hugs and kisses
I gave away being the one he looks for in a crowd
I gave away being the first person he turns to when things get tough
I gave away being the one he makes laugh in the middle of day
I gave away being his number one girl
I gave away a piece of my heart
I gave away my son
Deep down I know he will always love me but I also know he loves her more. He loves her more than his momma and that’s ok. That’s how I knew he had found the one. But isn’t that what we want? We want them to marry a girl who they will put first even if it means we become second.
Mommas,
Love him while you are still first
Kiss his sweet baby face and linger in those lanky teenage hugs
Drive him to school even when he is grumpy and doesn’t say a word to you
Listen when he needs to vent and blow off steam
Love on his friends
Bring the motrin to school for the 100 thousandth time. He may have a headache OR he may just want to get out of class and chat with you for a minute.
Sit next to his hospital bed even though he screwed up
Soak up every minute under those Friday night lights.
Love him, forgive him and forgive yourself for the things you didn’t get right
Because one day, you will give him away....
You will stand and watch him give his heart to the love of his life. You will dance and he will say the sweetest things about who he has become because of you. He will hug you tight and it will feel a little bit like a goodbye. You will become his second best girl and it will be sons. *Sappy post warning* but if you are a boy momma this one is for you.

It is always a good idea to have some kind of food in the getting ready suite for bridal suite as well as grooms, specially if anyone will be consuming alcohol. I have it apart of my timeline for breakfast and or lunch/ a basket of snacks & water to be delivered or setup in each room. This is a great idea ( maybe on a smaller scale)

We have been working together for months over the phone and video to make her wedding day magical and exactly what she incisions.
Sharon & Eric are coming into town and saying their “I DO’s” in her hometown on Friday June 16th 💍💍🥂🥂 gonna party the night away

I have been Honored to be working with this couple for a few months now to make their wedding day a success and help with all details and vendors. This is Their Wedding week!!!! 👰‍♀️🤵‍♂️💒
I will be sad our work together will be done 😢But I am so excited to see them get married and make it official!!! 💍

Below is their sweet Love story. ⬇️⬇️👇🏼👇🏼

✨Matt and I met as nurses on the surgical floor where we quickly became friends. The night shift was so busy,
but we made time to joke around and help each other out with the workload. Things started to change.
when I made the move toward working in the NICU, we realized we didn’t want to lose our
friendship. We decided to exchange numbers (My idea Hehe) with the idea of being golf buddies. And
golf buddies we became! Pleasant Valley and Glenns Ferry were our first golf dates, where Matt realized.
I was indeed as bad at golf as I said! After that Matt decided to switch focus and took me to my first out-of-town concert: Dave Matthews at the Gorge! Of course, we had a blast and have added that to our
annual fun to-do list! It seems like so long ago that we met, and our story began. And now nine years
later we're here, getting Married! Our time together has been wonderful already, full of camping,
gardening, motorcycle riding, and bonfire hosting! Not to mention finding and buying a piece of dirt to
make our home on! As our wedding date grows closers, our excitement continues to grow.💫

This right here is somthing so great for guests to have. it helps them understand the flow of the day. so many couples spend money on signs that lots of people don’t actually read. This is also something that will keep them occupied while waiting for the ceremony to start. you could even include a few crayons, so if they have a little ones, they could color in the pictures on the timeline and keep them occupied as well . 😉

These two Are the sweetest with the most amazing Love story. I was so lucky to work with them. They were surrounded by so many amazing friends and family that supported them. Filled is as a Makeup artist as well as a partial DJ until they had an amazing friend step up for me.
