Please be aware and use caution of a potential event scam circulating on Facebook from a company called Texas Winos or Winos.
Majesty Event Center will NOT be hosting this event at our venue on August 17th. We do NOT have a contract with this company and we have tried several attempts to contact this company to remove us from the list of East Texas venues on the circulating ad.
Upon investigation with The Austin Better Business Bureau, Texas Winos has a repeated history and habit of collecting ticket money, cancelling events last minute , NOT refunding people their money and NOT communicating with them. We have contacted our local Better Business Bureau to inform them as well so more awareness can be given to the community and surrounding counties. We value our East Texas community and the Majesty Event Center will NOT be affiliated with any business who has a history or whom is allegedly attempting to scam/fraud the public. Thank you.
