Finally a few Moments to post about this wonderful event! I had the pleasure of training a team of ladies to assist me with 75 centerpieces for the Grace Community School Event to celebrate their 50th Anniversary. Table centerpieces featured a dessert cake by Laurel & Pearl Bakery. The set up team for this event did fabulous job as well! So many details coming together to make it all happen! Some days just take your breath away! It was a joy to be a part of this wedding at The Villa Tyler!

PSA!! Looking for Valentine’s flowers or gifts? Shop local… avoid those 800 #’s and solicitations by your credit card companies. Stay away from those floral services that over promise and under deliver. Call your local florist or pop in to their shop! Local business needs you plus all those “service” companies and online companies take a cut of your floral order and you don’t really get what you pay for! If you are in Tyler, check out one of these shops.. (especially since I only take a few clients for Valentines) I love to support my friends in the industry valuing community over competition! I had the pleasure of making an interpretive design this weekend for Aaron Hinds - Artist for the “Matters of the Soul” exhibit. Such a wonderful opportunity to learn from Aaron all the elements that make up his intriguing piece of work and then weaving many of those elements into my design. Speaking through the language of flowers is a great pleasure of mine! Come to the Gallery this week on Wednesday or Friday from 12 to 4 pm and I’ll share with you both pieces.
