With the Annual 32nd Professional Pianist Concert series coming up, we’d like to take the opportunity to introduce the fabulous pianists who will be gracing the stage!
“For this year’s PPC, I am excited to be returning to my origins as a collaborative pianist. Joining me onstage will be soprano Theresa Lofty Juelch & tenor Jan Gamble. Schubert lieder will be on the program for the first time ever! Together, we’ll bring these exquisite Lieder to life, celebrating the delicate interplay of voice and piano that defines Schubert’s artistry and sensitive setting of poetry.” - Janice Hawthorne Timm

We are so appreciative for the care of our volunteers and board members provide, the delicious treats that the Mendocino College Culinary Arts Program created, and the lovely music that the Alexander String Quartet performed for our kickoff of the season! What a lovely event and we are all still happily thinking back on just how lovely it was!

What a magical day we had yesterday with the phenomenal Alexander String Quartet performing classical tunes to delight the ears and senses, a reception afterwards by the Mendocino College Culinary Arts Program and all the supportive volunteers of the UCCA, fantastic board members and Mendocino Rat Club helping to make the kickoff of our ‘24-‘25 season shine! Thank you all!

Meet our Pianists who will be performing at the Professional Pianist Concert on Saturday, January 27th at 7 pm and Sunday, January 28th at 2 pm at the Mendocino College Theater! . Meet Frankie J! This is my 70th year as a professional musician. I’ve travelled to Hawaii 5 times, been on a USO tour and played in all of the western states with my own band. I was half owner of a record company with a hit record in the Bay Area. I teach gospel blues and R&B. . . . An annual membership also allows subscriber to attend any Live On Stage concerts in the Northwest for free. Reciprocity Listing available by calling our hotline. Single Concert Tickets are available Adults $30 in advance/$35 at the door and $10 Youth
