📣 DELI UPDATE 📣
Thank you for being patient with the development of the deli concept in Union City. We've tried different hours, different products, different systems and we're enjoying the process.
We've known from the beginning that this would be a challenge in a small, growing town. We are here because we believe in Union City and what we're becoming together, but we know we can't rush the timeline. The town is not quite ready for an upscale sandwich shop, but Roots will be ready to provide that when it's time.
For some time, we've been working behind the scenes to fully integrate our passions for local food and community. We have been working out the details of utilizing this space for culinary and hospitality education in collaboration with Vision Corner. We believe the time for this is now. When we re-open the doors for customers, it will be in this form providing deli meats/cheeses, take and bake meals, prepared salads and more. Roots gift cards and certificates will be accepted when we re-open!
In the midst of these changes, we will continue to cater, plan events, rent the space, and even provide your office/workplace with lunches for pickup and delivery.
