LAST TWO days of the greenhouse being opened and we are having a Flat Sale to clean it out! We still have tons of vegetables and a few flowers left. We will be open today (5/10) until 5 and tomorrow (5/11) from 9 to 1. Come grab them while you can. Can't beat a flat of vegetables for $10 or flat of flowers for $22 anywhere else right now. Last of the hanging baskets are only $12 while they last.

This is our final sale of the season. Come help clear out the last of what we have left. Thank you to everyone who has already stopped by and supported. We are probably going to be done selling after Saturday, so come grab them while you still can. We will be open this week Monday through Wednesday from 3:30 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., Thursday from 3:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Friday 3:30 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.

We are open today (5/4) from 9 until 1. If you are out and about going to the city wide garage sales stop by and see what we have. Today is the last day of our 25% off sale. We have tons of vegetables left and tomatoes already putting on blooms. Yes that is the last of our hanging baskets, so come get them before they are gone!

We are open on this rainy day (5/2) until 5. We just did not set anything outside due to the weather. We still have a great selection of vegetables and flowers still. Stop by and check it out for yourself.

Announcing our second sale of the season. We will be open Monday through Friday from 3:30-5:00 p.m. We will be open this Saturday May 4th from 9:00 until 1:00 p.m.. We still have plenty of flowers, hanging baskets, and vegetables. Come grab them before they are gone!

We are all set up and ready to open today (4/26) at 3:30 p.m. we will be open until 5:00 p.m. this evening. Then open again tomorrow (4/27) from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.. Our succulent plugs have officially arrived this afternoon! Today is the first of the two day Pedal Crawl event. We are offering $5 off a $40+ purchase, $10 off $80+ purchase, $15 off a $100+ purchase, so on.

Got back from the Area 1 FFA Awards Night and wanted to put out this reminder. The greenhouse Officially OPENS its doors for the 2024 Season TOMORROW (4/25) at 3:30 p.m. and will be open until 7:00 p.m.. We will also be open Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. The online store will go live tomorrow as well starting at 3:30 p.m.. As promised here is the first sale announcement of the Greenhouse Season. Remember we will be doing different sales and events throughout the season and NOT doing a closeout event at the end. We will run out of items quickly so come get them while we have them.

Time to make opening day 2024 official:
Announcing the 2024 Union Star Agriculture Department Greenhouse Spring Plant Sale!!!
We are again offering customers the ability to shop through the use of our Union Star Agriculture Department Greenhouse Website. All you will have to do is get online STARTING April 25th and go to https://my-site-100780-103479.square.site/ where you will choose your plants, select a pickup time, and place your order. Then all that is left is to come to the school greenhouse to pickup your order. If you would prefer you can always come into the greenhouse and shop in-person to purchase your plants that way.
Please keep in mind that there will be days that we will be closing early or closed all together such as May 14th as that is the day of our Chapter FFA Awards Night, and Mr. Martin and the FFA Members will need time to get ready for this event. With that being said please watch our page for updates on these closings. We may even post some sales here...…maybe even a special event again where we will be partnering with other business on April 26th & 27th. The plans for this event are coming together.
Final thought here....Please keep in mind that the Greenhouse Class grows all these plants, so what we have is what we have and plan to come in early to get your selections. The longer you wait the less we will have in inventory. Also WE WILL be trying to do specials throughout the weeks and WILL NOT BE DOING A CLOSEOUT SALE at the end of the season.

Union Star School Greenhouse is on the lookout for some plastic shelves to be used in the greenhouse to hold some of our flower pots we will have for sale this year. We have majorally expanded our flower pots and flowers this year and will need all of our table space we have for plants. We will also be selling fertilizer this year. Consider us your one stop shop for all thing flower garden this year.

Plants have officially arrived in the Greenhouse. Students have been busy starting to plant up these little baby plants. Keep a look out for some of the new varieties/colors we will have this year. We have also added a great selection of planters! We finally will even have some SUCCULENTS this year. It is going to be another great year of quality plants at reasonable prices.

2 Gallon Garden Mums ate ready for their new homes they are avaliable from 3:30 until 4:30 or by appointment with Mr. Martin. Mums are $15 each. Come grab them before they are gone.

We are so close to an empty greenhouse for the year, so we decided to throw out one FINAL Special Sale, to finish clearing it out. This will make all the single 3" flowers $2, 4 pack flowers $1, 4 pack Vegetables $1, and Vegetable Singles $1.25. We will be open Monday May 15th and Tuesday May 16th feom 3:30 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. and then will be closing it down for the year, so come and grab your final selection while they are still here. Sale excites ALL containers and T-Shirts.

We are officially open for the day. We are open from 9-1 today. This is the last Saturday we will be open for the year. We still have flowers and containers left up for grabs. Today we are offering 10% off your entire purchase. Come on in and grab those last minute Mothers Day Gifts.

Breaking News ahead!! Now that we are back from National FFA Entomology and Senior Trip we will be starting our 2023 Mother's Day Sale EARLY! Starting today 5/11 and it will run until 5/13. We are open from 3:30 until 7 today (Thursday), 3:30 until 5:30 tomorrow(Friday), and 9 until 1 on Saturday (5/13). Come help us clean out the greenhouse before school is out! We still have a flowers and vegetables left!

If you are out and about attending the Union Star City Wide Garage Sales put the School Agriculture Department Greenhouse on your list of stops. We are open from 9-1 today and have all our hanging baskets on sale for only $14 for TODAY ONLY, while supplies last. Tyne picked out her favorite one, come on over and pick out yours. We still have plenty of flowers, vegetables, and containers as well still. Note:Hanging Basket sale only applies to in person sales and not online purchases.
