Waterfield Farm Venue Information

Building Rental Only:
Full Day: $300 (8 hours)
Half Day: $150 (4 hours)

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Deposits are refundable up to 31 days prior to reservation date.

Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE at 30 days prior to reservation date.

Full Day Rental Deposit: $100
Half Day Rental Deposit: $50

The building rental includes full access to the building and outdoor porch area- amenities included: full kitchen and use of all kitchen appliances and serving supplies, full bathroom, private room for changing, an assortment of tables and chairs, outdoor TV, serving bar, fire pit and porch seating and decor.

Due to water-related risks, the following amenities are available as “add-on” activities requiring the signing of a liability waiver for all participants and an additional cost each water activity.

*Swimming and Beach Area:
$50 half day/$100 full day
