Wedding Information at Waterfield Farm 💕💕💕

The wedding party will have full access to the following:
1,000+ square foot shop/barn that is fully heated/cooled and a 600 square foot covered porch (15 ft. x 40 ft.) Outdoor Large Screen TV with patio lighting
Ion speaker/sound system with lights. 2 driveways and large gravel parking area. Full kitchen and use of any kitchen supplies. Full bathroom with shower. Private dressing room.
Use of tables, chairs, shutters, accent pieces, and decorations.
Access to large wooden dock over the lake. Sandy beach area with palm trees. Landscaped yard and large oak trees.
Large hay fields/hay bales
Rustic Bridal Arbor and wooden Arch available.

Booking Price- Thursday 8:00 am through Sunday 1:00 pm is $2,000

Booking Price- Friday 8:00 am through Sunday 1:00 pm is- $1,800

A $500 booking fee is required to secure your reservation and will transfer to your total rental cost at time of the event.

This fee is refundable prior to 61 days of set reservation if a cancellation is necessary. The booking fee is NON-REFUNDABLE at 60 days prior
to the set reservation.

Waterfield Farm Security Deposit: An additional security deposit may be required to cover expenses related to property damages and/or violations of rules within the Rental Contract by the renter and/or guests. Provided there is no damage, the security deposit will be REFUNDED IN FULL within 24 hours of the
ending rental date/time.

Security Deposit Pricing:
$300-no alcohol on
property.

$500 -alcohol on property
Payment Schedule
Booking Fee -$500 due at time of booking to secure rental dates. This will be applied to your total rental price.

Venue Cost - Payment for the remaining balance of total venue cost is due on the
first day of the reservation (Thursday or Friday) determined by the package
rental agreement.

Security Deposit- $300 (no alcohol) due on the day of the rental; or (with alcohol) due on the day of the rental.
*Security deposit will be fully
refunded if no damages occur.

Building Rental Only:
Full Day: $350 (8 hours)
Half Day: $200 (4 hours)

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Deposits are refundable up to 31 days prior to reservation date.

Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE at 30 days prior to reservation date.

Full Day Rental Deposit: $100
Half Day Rental Deposit: $50

The building rental includes full access to the building and outdoor porch area- amenities included: full kitchen and use of all kitchen appliances and serving supplies, full bathroom, private room for changing, an assortment of tables and chairs, outdoor TV, serving bar, fire pit and porch seating and decor.

Due to water-related risks, the following amenities are available as add-on activities requiring signing of a liability waiver for all participants and an additional cost of $50 for half day and $100 for full day access.
