The flowers, mosses and foliage of Iceland were intriguing! The growing season is so incredibly short (last snow can be June first Aug/Sept. ) everything grows with urgency to complete the life cycle. Some flowers I recognized were Angelica, lupine, geum and lilacs. The moss was my favorite💚

On the first day of Christmas, my true love gave to me....
Behold! The Christmas carrot!
Due to some family stuff.....
the end of this season has not gone as expected.
The tulips aren't planted, I'm behind on paperwork, still working on my seed order.
But guess what??? I harvested my first carrot of the season on December 13th.
Not a flower, but a farming win 🥕🥕🥕
