Well Port Allen you sold us out in record time! We ended this season with a bang and we’re able to donate all the proceeds to St. Jude’s and Brooke’s Salty Barrel Race Series!

Last weekend was one for the books. Everything was perfect from the weather, seafood, locations and down to each individual we served! We thrive in a fast paced and high energy environment and that’s exactly how this weekend went. To everyone we served - we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Y’all are why we do this!

The last few catering jobs have been so busy we’ve all failed at getting pictures but please enjoy this one we snapped of Mason holding one of the lobsters, a 6 lb lobster to be exact, provided by our friends in Ponca City!

We are booked up until the end of the season. God is good! See y’all very soon!

HLC had the absolute best time serving our hot boiled crawfish, shrimp and crab this weekend.

It was nothing short of a blast with our Texas friends. We enjoyed the evening talking rodeo stories, business and enjoying fellowship. The weather couldn’t have been more perfect either!

We have discovered a new found love..serving at Marina’s! ✨

We were beyond thrilled to get to serve in Ponca City, OK! We made some new friends along the way and got to visit with our long time friend, Mr. Terrill Vaughn!
