Friends! Hello👋🏼 It’s been a while!! I took a little social media hiatus so I’d figure I’d write a little life update. I don’t do this often, so if you care enough to read a long, vulnerable post from me, this is your heads up! If not, I thank you for making it this far 🤍

I filmed my last wedding of the year this past weekend and I want to use this post as an opportunity to reflect on this past season… These last 18 months have been packed with learning curves, emotional growth and healing in both my personal and professional life. Those who know me, know my work has been most of my identity since I started this business (as well as ). And for those who don’t, you may not understand nor see the stress that is endured from behind the scenes. Without getting into the specifics, life happened. As Loominate and Skully Media continue to grow, I’ve recognized the importance of self care and how to cherish the things in my life that fill my cup. I’ve recognized the importance of balance and rediscovering what it means to be human; a good partner, a good son, brother and friend. Also, I am falling back in love with parts of myself I may have lost, my work and all of the things I value most in this life.

To my Bride and Grooms… I want you to know that yours, along with every wedding film that I touch, gets my whole heart. Sometimes as creators, life empties our cups. I want my couples, my friends and my family to know that I am rested. You will be seeing consistent posts from me again and I hope to continue to spread my love and light through our work together 🤍

Hi friends! 👋🏼 I just wanted to jump on and let y’all know that I’m still alive 😂 We made it through the busy months!

I’ve been working very hard on catching up on edits and want to thank you for your patience if you are waiting for your film. I feel so blessed that I get to spend such an important day in your life. The fact that I get to capture moments and create something that will live forever truly fulfills my soul. But the work doesn’t really start for me until I get behind my computer and start telling your story 💻🖱️

I will be back to posting regularly as I am in hiding for the next couple of months. I want you to know that your video deserves my 100% heart and energy and that no film of mine gets cut short of that. You have these moments forever, so it is my job to accurately tell your story with them.
