We officially kicked off Season Five this weekend with our 2025 Ambassadors! We knew this group was talented, but they completely blew us away with their drive and passion. Not only are they incredibly talented dancers, but they are kind, humble, inspiring young men and women that we are proud to have representing Ignite. We cannot wait for them to inspire and be inspired by all the dancers we meet this season on tour. Thank you to their parents and studios for allowing them to be apart of this team!

We want to also thank everyone who made this weekend possible. & , thank you for two amazing convention classes that left our ambassadors feeling inspired. , thank you for helping us spoil the team with new backpacks. , thank you for capturing the best photos of our dancers as always, even if it meant getting up at 5 am to beat the rain! This weekend was so special because of all of you 🧡

We want to take a moment as we head into Season Five to recognize the woman behind it all, our Owner and Executive Director, Meghan Burgess! Meghan founded Ignite in 2019 with the goal of bringing community into the competitive space. And man, has she brought that vision to life! The Ignite team is so thankful to have such a hardworking, passionate, and community driven leader.

While we are so excited to welcome a new group of ambassadors tomorrow, this time of year is always bittersweet for us because it means we have to say goodbye to our 2024 ambassador team. We are so blessed to have had a talented, hardworking, enthusiastic, and most importantly kind group of dancers represent us all year long. Wow, what a season it has been! It’s hard to believe that we are closing out Season 4 as we prepare for Nationals in just a few short weeks. When we started Ignite 4 years ago, we knew we would create a memorable competition experience but we also hoped to provide a space for dancers to build community with one another. We built this into our culture, convention classes, ambassador program, and everything we do. Each year you all continue to impress us not only with your talents but how you embody the spirit of Ignite both on and off the stage. Thank you for joining us each weekend and allowing us to be a small part of your dance journey. Thank you for encouraging and uplifting not only your teammates but all of the dancers around you. Thank you for sharing your stories on our stage. Thank you for being a part of our community.

This year we got to meet over 200 studios, 2,700 dancers, and see over 3,500 brilliant routines — our largest season to date. These weekends wouldn’t be possible without you and you continue to inspire us weekend after weekend. I am excited to share we have some big news in store for Season 5 and we can’t wait to share it with you but first, who’s ready for Nationals?! 23 days and counting! 🔥
