Cocktail: Costa del Agave Ingredients: - 2 oz Raicilla - 1 oz passion fruit liqueur Gran Ponche Mexicano - 0.75 oz fresh lime juice - 0.5 oz agave syrup (or simple syrup) - 2 slices of cucumber - 2 fresh basil leaves - Ice - Pink salt and chili powder (for rimming the glass) - Lime wheel and basil leaf for garnish Preparation: 1. Rim a lowball glass with pink salt and chili powder. 2. In a shaker, combine the cucumber slices and basil leaves. Gently muddle to release their flavors. 3. Add Raicilla, Gran Ponche Mexicano passion fruit liqueur, lime juice, and agave syrup. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. 4. Fill the glass with fresh ice and strain the mixture over it. 5. Garnish with a lime wheel and a fresh basil leaf.
