It’s a destination 🏝 wedding, so added personalized mini luggage 🧳 to incorporate the her special bridesmaids. 💕

Fun fact: We had issues with the rental company, as you may know lighted marquees are 🔥 and inventory is low so hubby said let’s make our own! 😳 Those lights are gorgeous and the craftsmanship is top notch. 🛠🪚⚙️ His carpenter skills clutch the win. 🏆

We will share that experience in later posts but it was the best decision we could have made. 💯

Alisa’s Strong 5K was a success!! The day was dedicated to 💗 💗 💗, survivors that have fought the fight 🥊 and won and remembering the taken. The goal was to raise funds for the Maryland Hematology and Oncology Organization and we did that in a big way!! More to come on what your support raised!! Appreciate your support a thousand percent, it did not go unnoticed. 💗

I’m a firm believer as a boss you have to understand the craft and services you provide for yourself. My husband who I dubbed as the balloonologist 🎈(also one of my greatest supporters ❤️) from the start took the lead in this area (I was the detailer).

I wanted to ensure I could hold my own. Sooooo fast forward, i invested and went to class telling my truth (hubby knew most, lol). I declare I had the best time learning, absorbing and producing. If you want to sharpen your skills or pick up gems 💎 is the place to do it!

Y’all know I’m a giggle box but trust I know how to giggle and learn at the same time. I’m detailing on another level with balloons 🎈! We will see you at YOUR next event!

I’m new to the business not the process and I’ve been trying to find 👀 my calling for so many years. It is true what they say, your purpose is what you do with ease and what others see in you. My eyes sparkled when I read this! 😭

Design. PREP. Execute...Repeat.

Sharing prep activities for this design, prep is essential for me! Yesss, it is my defense 🏀 (I know nothing about basketball but I know defense, lol). It is probably the one phase that gives me peace 😌 that everything else will fall in place (eventually). There is no execute without PREP.

Prep is when you find out a balloon 🎈 has a hole 🕳 in it, prep lets me know if I am missing items, if the quality 💯 isn't what I expected...for me PREP is an opportunity to make it right ahead of execute.

Let's be clear, every event has challenges! ⚒️ Your job is to pivot and move forward. If you did your prep than its likely you are prepared to pivot.
