Brewing Up Business! We had a great time with our fellow members of the West Orange Chamber of Commerce. We got to mingle and share our businesses. It is such a great way for local businesses to partner to gain connections that benefit our community.

At Giant Yard Games, we are proud to acknowledge and celebrate Juneteenth, a significant day in American history. This day commemorates the emancipation of enslaved African Americans in the United States, marking the end of slavery. Today, we honor the resilience, strength, and rich cultural heritage of the Black community. 🙌🏾❤️
In the spirit of education and celebration, here are 3 fun facts about Juneteenth:

1️⃣ Juneteenth, also known as Freedom Day or Emancipation Day, originated in Galveston, Texas, on June 19, 1865, when Union General Gordon Granger arrived and announced the end of slavery, two and a half years after the Emancipation Proclamation had been signed.

2️⃣ The term "Juneteenth" is a combination of "June" and "nineteenth" and is also sometimes called "Jubilee Day."

3️⃣ Juneteenth celebrations often include community gatherings, parades, picnics, music, dancing, and traditional African American food such as barbecue, fruit, and red velvet cake. Red plays a significant representation in the African cultures.

Alby was one of the 50 Children that the Walk For Wishes event was able to grant a Wish 🌟 for!
We're so glad we were able to be a part of this incredible cause and bring some enjoyment to the families and supporters for this event.

Hey everyone! 📣 We're excited to announce that the Lift Disability Network of Orlando is hosting a co****le tournament to raise funds for families living with disability to attend Breakaway Camp. 🎉

The event will take place on April 15th, 2023 at the West Orange Dream Center-Field, located at 1136 East Plant Street Winter Garden, FL. 🌴

As a proud supporter of this cause, Giant Yard Games will be there with a variety of fun games to play, including giant Jenga, Connect Four, and much more. 🎲🏓
