AN UPDATE TO OUR COMMUNITY 🖤

I haven’t really been able to figure out quite how to put this all into words, but our building is in the process of being sold and will not be able to operate how it currently does in the future.

Years of countless photoshoots, night markets, pop up shops, film, art gallery shows, you name it - we will be looking for a new home before summer.

We have chosen to close permanently but are still taking photoshoot bookings up until June.

210 will remain operating as normal until the end of May, and anyone who has booked in the next few months still has their reservation! Feb, March, April and May will be the last months (in this space specifically) to book any photoshoots or events. (Please book so we can all say farewell in style!).

We will still be hosting monthly night markets, etc until June!

That all being said… COMMUNITY! We would love your help and support in any way you can. We are a small business, little fam and we’ve grown this space and building to what it’s known for today with no assistance other than ourselves (and of course you all) — If anyone has a lead or someone / a building who would love to host our concept with a new permanent home - please send them our Instagram or website 🫶🏼

In the next month or so we will be starting a Kickstarter to help us with any deposits or renovations for a new space that we do find. We are hoping to stay within Pioneer Square so that we can keep our old, historic vibe going - as well as night markets and art pop ups.

This is heartbreaking, sad, emotional, etc but I’ve been dwelling on this announcement and decided today it was time to rip the bandaid off and look upward and onward to the future, in hopes we find a cool old space, and can keep this community venue you all know and love going. 🖤

Hey everyone! If you haven’t seen the news on our page, here it is again. We are stoked to announce we will be bringing back Saturday daytime markets!

Our first one will be 3rd Saturday, March 15 from 11am-4pm

Vendor fees are $70
Vendor setup begins at 10am, and ends at 5pm

What we’re looking for:
- a coffee cart!
-baked goodies???
-vintage
-plants
-apparel
-home decor
-tattoos?
-jewelry - we are maxed out on jewelry already!

This market will be less focused on art, but is still welcome!

Crying a little today because I got a memory from 5 years ago when I started my first night market in pioneer square. It was at my old retail shop Fringe in the TK lofts up on Washington st. This week we host our 5th year of holiday night markets in the neighborhood and it’s a really good feeling to see how I went from 3 vendors in my tiny retail space to a full house of 25 at 210 today. 🥹
