Getting mentally geared up for Fourth on the Farm! So excited for this event. My truck will still not be legally ready to hit the road by then so expect my usual mobile set up! It won't stop us from delivering the highest quality food that we love to make. I hope to see ya on the farm!

We will be serving high quality food this whole weekend at Pine Ridge Music Festival! I was hoping to have my full set up with my food truck but alas I am having truck troubles and can not get it started. This may be sad and disappointing to more than just me but Do Not worry! We will still be bringing farm fresh foods made with love from seed to spork! We look forward to serving our community this weekend and hope to see you at the festival for memorial weekend!!

On there you can find most of our options. We are always flexible to personal requests as well though.
There is still weekday availability for April but the weekends are full! May has some availability for those interested as well.
We will however, be at Pine Ridge Music Festival May 23rd-26th serving up our fresh food. If you want to try some great food and support this awesome community then please come out to Albrightsville, PA!

My first croissant endeavor came out a success! They are crispy, flakey, and light! I noticed a big difference leaving the 2nd batch of croissants in the oven just a little longer at a little lower of a temperature. The extra cooking time allowed the inside to finish perfectly without burning the outside. Gonna do this again for sure

Fun fact: Broccoli loses about 80% of its nutrients within 10 days after its harvest. Another crucial reason to support your local farms. I'm sure that broccoli isn't the only produce losing its health benefits after sitting for a while.

I wonder how long ago the produce was harvested that you would find in a big chain grocery store. Gotta think about a week to get here from California probably and maybe longer if it's from Mexico. Then the time it sits in warehouses and on shelves. Just some food for thought.

Pine Ridge Music Festival last week was an experience I will not forget. Each time we do this food vend it gets smoother and better. I was able to find that balance between work and play nicely! My love Jaclyn Einfeldt did an amazing tea ceremony that helped to bring community back to the forefront of our minds.
Setting up alongside The Deserted Forest makes my heart so warm, assisting in serving an all donation based tea service. To top it all off, my niece came to help and attend her first music festival. Sam fit in so cohesivly, I couldn't help but be impressed! An image of her serving tea to a wizard is implanted in my mind and I couldn't be happier about it!

Whelp! We partied our pants off at Karnival Of The Arts and now it's time to get back to business! This weekend we are booked for an intimate private dinner and then right in to Pine Ridge Fall Festival 2023 prep. This fest is home to me. Only 15 minutes from my back yard and surrounded by loved ones. We will be bringing the same Dundaa's Kitchen quality that you have become accustomed to as well as bringing the botanical beverages from The Deserted Forest that will refuel and nourish you and your soul. Come party with us in the mountains next weekend and be part of a loving, growing community that works to build each other up and nourish the art in our souls.

Well Inclusion Festival was a beautiful experience. Made some new friends that I haven't seen at festivals before as well as hung out with some friends from previous fests. The community there was very giving. Thank you to everyone who tried our food and tea made with love from seed to spork. If you didn't make it out this year, don't sleep on this fest next year! Beautiful, family friendly atmosphere at day but still an amazing party at night! A special shout out to the organizers and to the fine folk in the access center who made us feel very welcome and cared for, thank you!! Also, to my new brothers, The Big Cheese and Snake Master, I really hope to see you guys again. You were a highlight for me.

So much planning and work goes in to preparing for Inclusion Festival! We will be bringing the awesome donation based tea service from The Deserted Forest with us. Less than a week away now! The excitement has been real!! We have big things planned for Inclusion Festival. The menu is gonna highlight the Summer's beautiful bounty which makes it very easy to be super inclusive.

We will have options suitable to most food sensitivities. Gluten free, vegan, dairy free, soy free, Celiac safe, nut free options available! Now of course we will also have meats that are sourced from small farms that use ethical practices and raise meat the right way.

You can also come watch us hand-stretch some warm mozzarella to order! Get it while we have it. We will only have about 30 to 40 orders and I have a feeling it is gonna go fast!

We hope to see you guys at Inclusion Festival 2023 where the whole community will be working together to help make everyone feel welcome and safe.

Last weekend at Pine Ridge Music Festival was truly special! I'm a little late to post about it and I didn't take many photos but the experience was amazing! Our first time vending an event like this was a complete success. We fed a bunch of people and made so many new friends. We danced, laughed, cooked, and brewed tea! What more can a person ask for?! We have been getting ready for Pine Ridge Fest Memorial Day Jam!! I hope you guys know that we are not holding back! 90% of our product is sourced from small farms and/or organically. About a year ago I bought a food truck that needed some TLC before it could hit the road. At this point, nearly a year later, I am still working on the truck to get it ready to hopefully serve out of by the end of the summer. Currently I am almost done replacing the walls! Instead of waiting for the truck to be finished, I've decided to bring my food to Pine Ridge Music Festival. We will have a canopy set up instead but it will be magical in its own right and I am so excited to serve my food at a music festival for the first time! Come check out some awesome local music, try some great foods, and browse some awesome craft vendors. The vibes will be high all weekend down in Albrightsville!

This was a special dinner for us! We came back to where we have cooked many elegant meals for the guests staying in Rosa's beautiful home. With her help, we set this wonderful atmosphere for our guests to unwind and enjoy a memorable multi-course meal from their own vacation home!
     For this dinner we sourced our pork from a new farm. At their pigs are forest raised, eating grass, grubs, and nuts! It is some of the finest pork I have worked with! I was so happy to be able to use their product for my dinners.
     We strive to only use the finest foods. As Dundaa's Kitchen progresses we are working towards getting most of our foods from local farmers and foragers.
