Handmade toppers-aren’t they perfect? Actually, they both eventually went on the brides cake but OH how cute !!!
The backdrop for the cakes is lace with fresh greenery pinned to rope cord. Love, love LOVE ❤️ 👰‍♀️🤵‍♂️

The bride collected TONS of beautiful jewel toned glassware for the tables. They were styled in groupings with flowers and brass candlesticks-tied together with a simple ribbon runner. Waiting on photos from the wedding when all the candles were lit 🔥 🔥🔥🔥😍

Our latest couple enjoyed movies. The groom proposed on the stage of a movie theater, after a drive that included marquees with very special messages to the bride.
O+D created a tribute to that beautiful engagement story.

The outdoor wedding was set for 4pm. Can you even imagine a more romantic setting?
The limb of a majestic oak created the arch under which they spoke their vows. Candlelight from the candeliers and lantern sparkled around them. And the backdrop? A beautiful pond.

Saturday was a perfect backdrop to a beautiful wedding at Gardners Retreat. If you’ve never seen this venue, it is gorgeous. Otis+Dot was blessed to add decorations to an already perfect spot.
This couple envisioned a jewel toned outdoor evening wedding, with a candle-lit intimate reception. Photos to follow.

Fun fact! These columns were in a liquor store in downtown Austin for 40 years! repurposed them by painting them white, attaching two together, and dressing them up for the occasion! 🤩

This was set up right as you walked through the door at the venue. We used our mantle and then pictures of the family. My favorite part of this little area is the pearls! Pearls add just the right amount of class in rustic decor! 🥰

We got the pleasure of decorating for Malcolm and DeeDee Gaus’ wedding last month! This is one of the vignettes that’s filled with family, love and lots of greenery!! The extra special little touch is the sign with well wishes for the bride! 😍
