The Folkology Experience

Hey! We’re Katie and Shane.

We’re two people that love each other, cool coffee shops, and traveling to find more cool coffee shops.

We decided to fuse our passions of music and people and create Folkology Productions, Montana’s up and coming Wedding + Event DJ’s.

We met in 2017 and got married in August of 2020. We live in the heart of Helena, MT with our orange kitty, Noodle.

When we created Folkology, we wanted to do more than play music. When you book with Folkology, we work tirelessly to ensure your wedding runs smoothly form start to finish. With an elegant set up, affordable pricing, and high quality equipment, you can be sure your wedding will be the magical day you’ve always dreamed of. With a degree in audio engineering and plenty of on the job experience, rest assured you’re in good hands. We also provide insight into planning the events for the day of to make sure your wedding flows smoothly and is always entertaining.

Our passion for cultivating an environment of excitement and fun where memories are made will always be at our core.
