Double dipping cook for wife day and as an added bonus dinner! Sena Sea Wild Caught Jamaican Jerk Rub Salmon with Japanese Sweet Potato Hash. Plus Royal Produce Homemade Pineapple Mango Corn Salsa and Organic Romain with Homemade Buttermilk Blue Cheese Dressing from The Cheese Monger. Our next door neighbors kid said to his mom what’s that!!!! Sadly we made too much and had leftovers and bequeathed it to the neighbor kid and his mom. Damn it feels good to be a gangster. A real gangster does just what he wants!

Yesterday at Skydive Chelan for Skyfest delivered! Hundreds of safe skydives made. Special thanks to my friends Gia and Steve for driving over from Seattle just to see me. We sold out, every scrap of food (well except for 2 raw onions) and not even the skydivers would eat raw onions straight up!
