Seperate triple sink for dishes, separate food prep sink with splash guards plus a separate hand wash sink. Hot and cold running water with a 40 gallon fresh water tank and 55 gallon grey water tank. Hot water is heated with an on board propane Ecotemp brand on demand hot water heater.

Multiple interior and exterior electrical wall outlets. Complete set of Les Schwab top of the line winter tires plus 4 extra Les Schwab summer tires. 2 new Les Schwab batteries.
