After flying from France to NYC Tuesday and then back to Paris Saturday evening for a big two week production I know I already know I am going to be exhausted swapping between so many time zones! However every time I touch down in this city, I am so grateful to work in such a breathtaking place, and to officially call France my home now🤍✨

Our Story

Amanda Virga started her career in Wedding Planning a decade ago, with extensive experience working for venues throughout the NJ/NY region. She spent several years working for a winery planning tented vineyard weddings from scratch and another 5 years working for a hotel and restaurant that hosts 200+ weddings annually and numerous events daily. With all of her experiences in the industry, Amanda is the definition of a seasoned expert planner - dealing with hundreds of clients, personally coordinating 350 weddings, and having first hand knowledge into every aspect it takes to execute a flawless wedding.

After founding AMV Weddings & Destinations, Amanda has since embarked on a year long journey around the world, experiencing weddings in each of her destinations. During this time, she has become acquainted with some of the most innovative trends across the globe, and has formed relationships with elite vendors & venues throughout South America, Europe, & Asia. She has documented these invaluable experiences on her Blog and is excited to share these unique trends and traditions with her clients!

Amanda is genuinely passionate about planning weddings and most of all, she is passionate about making your wedding day one of the most memorable days of your life. She has mastered the art of turning the most "out of the box" requests into a reality and perfecting your vision from start to finish!
