Bon Clap dé Cheek coming to you for the first meal of this week(I've been busy 🤦🏾‍♂️). I ain't going to neglect y'all again.

We got this blackened salmon out the cold waters of H-E-B, covered in a cajun sauce with some spinach from Popeye on top of some rice that's here to have a wild time.

If it ain't Clappin, it ain't Slappin!

Blackened fish on top of dirty rice and smothered in shrimp etouffee.

I got this recipe from the fireman off Eagle street in Holly Grove. The block was hot, but I avoided Mrs. Officer and made it out. I felt like I was 6 foot 7 foot after that.
