We have a new appetizer for our Small Bites Menu, Garlic Garlic Knots! Smothered in garlic oil and butter, then topped with mozzarella cheese for a scrumptious bite.
They, along with all of us will be making their debut at Alter Brewing in Downers Grove Friday nite starting at 5 PM! Did we mention our famous KT Garlic Steak Sandwich and Authentic Cuban Sandwich as well?

It's hard to believe that 2024 is already over. As we look back, we are so grateful for all of our loyal customers who visit us on the road every week and invite us to share in their personal celebrations. Despite food shortages, we logged 45 brewery visits, 29 special events, 6 classes, and 26 other gatherings, totaling 38,192 individual food items.
Thank you again and will see you soon with new menu items and new flavors!

We are always honored to be included in the Marie Wilkinson Food Pantry's annual Fill the Bowl fundraiser and this year was no exception. Local area restaurants, culinary students and your truly were among the 40 plus vendors doling out scrumptious bites for a very worthy cause. The Pantry feeds thousands of adults and children every year and this year will once again be doing full Thanksgivings dinners for those families in need as well.
It was, once again, a sold out event , good food was enjoyed by all and lots of money was raised to help those in need. A wonderful event! Thank you MWFP, see you next year!

Back by popular demand, our first Pot Roast pop up of the season will be this Friday the 25th with our friends at Sturdy Shelter Brewing in downtown Batavia starting at 5 PM. Regular Pot Roast Dinners, Grilled Pot Roast Paninis and Pot Roast Nachos plus the best potato dish you will ever try! Carry outs will be available.
We are also starting our Pot Roast classes, the first one being held at Orange & Brew in Downers Grove on November 12 at 6:30. Check out their Facebook Event Page to purchase tickets. Seating is limited so grab your tickets now!
