Growing up, my grandfather took the time to share his passion for cooking with me. I have literally been cooking since I could see over the stove. From my birth in North Carolina to my upbringing in the D.C. Metropolitan area and my time in the U.S. Marines where I had the opportunity to travel all over the world and try different flavors and spices I share my grandfather's passion for food. W

ith every new region brings a different spice or way of cooking and I soaked up the knowledge like a sponge. My wife and I are both prior military and have traveled all over. That is what sets our food apart from all the rest, the variety. We think outside of the box when it comes to spices and how to put them together for an exquisite change in what you are used to. Not only that, but instead of having a cookie-cutter menu, we can work with you to figure out what works best for what you want and also what fits your budget. With the blessing from my wife to follow my dream and the shared passion for food, we want to give you the best event possible.

Have you ever been to a murder mystery dinner? Okay, but what about a murder mystery at a real castle? Okay then, what about a murder mystery, at a castle, for a good cause? Ha! Have you been dying to see the inside of Berkeley Springs Castle? How about seeing the inside of the castle while poisoning yourself with Uncle Buddy’s mischievous dinner?
Come try our “Poisoned Pumpkins” or feast upon Dr. Hannible’s Hands. You will be served Italian Dead Salad and Squid Ink Pasta with a chunky marinara. If you can stomach all of that there is a black and orange sweet potato cheesecake with spider web icing. Don’t forget your bubbling blueberry/blackberry punch made right in our very own lab.

June 21st at the James Charles Winery & Vineyard we are doing another Grilling Station. On the grill local Chicken Quarters seasoned to perfection, delivering a mouthwatering experience with every bite. It comes with a delightful side dish of roasted red potatoes coated with olive oil, Italian seasoning and fresh garlic and a garden salad from local farms for that farm to table taste. There will also be live music and loads of good times! Come shake your tail feather and get some good food and wine! Pair it with one of JC's Chardonnay or your favorite white wines!
