Such a beautiful Saturday morning at the friendly confines.

Holy cow! On Saturday morning I photographed an elopement outside . For two baseball fans this was the perfect setting. The groom wrote his vows on a baseball and they brought red and blue ring pops to hand out at their “reception” aka the Cubs game. And the cubs got the W! Officiant :

I had an amazing weekend of elopements and engagements and I’m still catching up. Colleen and Bobby said I near Diversey Harbor which is one of my favorite places and where I often take Walter for lake walks so I was thrilled to finally get an elopement there! Officiant:

One of my favorite moments as a wedding officiant is when the couple has a big belly laugh as part of their ceremony! Happy Annivesary Ed & Robin! 3.22.22

Happy First Anniversary to this dynamic duo, Robin and Ed!!

Their ceremony at a fun Chicago Peerspace was full of laughs and brimming with so much love! Ed's three kids were included in the ceremony, each of them reading a piece of Pam Ayres, He Never Leaves the Seat Up. After their ceremony they celebrated with photos and fabulous eats and drinks at Punch Bowl Social Chicago

Ed and Robin, keep laughing together and you can face anything life throws at you. Happy Anniversary!!! 🍾🥂

The weather is perfect for today's intimate elopement!

Congratulations to the new Mr. & Mrs. Marquez Padilla!

I normally don't so more than one ceremony a day, but when the beautiful bride called me yesterday she was struggling to find an officiant. The happy couple thought they could get their license and just wait for their turn to be married by a judge. Currently to be married by a judge an appointment is required, but an appointment was not available in the couple's time frame.

I was was more than happy to put together a simple ceremony to join them as husband wife! May their marriage always be one filled with love.

Paradise in the heart of Chicago, no better place for an intimate wedding ceremony.

Still smiling about how gorgeous Amanda and Marshall’s wedding at the Lincoln Park Conservancy] was on Saturday. Seriously you should go check out this room before it’s gone. My mouth dropped when I walked in. Gorgeous bloom after gorgeous bloom! And it didn’t hurt that my couple was amazing and Carla Stehman] put together an incredible ceremony that had them crying and laughing. 10/10 would do this day all over again.
