We have a 40’x80’ shop for rent in Denmark on CTH R. Easy access to I43 in either direction. 16’ side walls and (2) 12’x14’ overhead doors. Insulated with natural gas heat. Building does have a water hydrant, plenty of electrical receptacles, floor drain, and some air lines (no air compressor). 3 phase, 200 amp. 120/208 volts. Including 1/2 acre of parking/outside storage with an additional 3 acres available. $3000/month with 1 month security deposit and 1 year lease minimum. Job requires a drivers license with a clean driving record. Prior septic or portable sanitation experience is a plus, but not required as we will be willing to train the right candidate. Mechanical knowledge/capabilities is also a plus. Some weekends during Summer months and football season may be required. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience and availability. The Portable Toilet Industry Began For Shipyard Employees In The 1940s
The portable toilet story begins during World War II, when the owners of the shipyards in Long Beach, New Jersey realized that the employees were losing a lot of valuable work time in the long trek from the ships back to the docks to answer nature’s call. According to the Minneapolis Porta Potty Pros, they decided to construct small, portable cubicles that were made with wood or metal, that contained a small holding tank. As a result, more work got done, workers were happier, and the portable toilet industry was birthed.

Can you imagine life without having toilet paper to use? Toilet paper was not always a common utility. It became widely available in the late 1400s, and the actual mass manufacturing of paper toilet as we know it today only started in the late 1800s. Splinter free toilet paper did not come out until 1930s (ouch.)

FUN FACT! Toilet paper wasn’t always available. Whether you’re using a portable toilet or a regular one, you expect toilet paper to be available. In fact, you might assume it’s always been around. According to Toilet Paper History, mass manufacturing of modern toilet paper didn’t get started until the late 1800s, and splinters may have been a problem until splinter-free toilet paper was invented in 1935. It’s nice living in modern times, huh?
