It's been an honor (and a blast) to watch Armchair Boogie continue to grow....and last weekend I got to take shots of them playing at Bourbon And Beyond in Kentucky! Full body goosebumps watching them draw in and win over a massive crowd halfway across the country. Can't wait to see where these guys go from here, and I'm grateful I got to be part of this experience. More coming soon!

One of my favorite messages to receive from any band is, "We have sort of a unique/odd request for a photoshoot." With these guys I basically say yes before even knowing what it is, and this time did not disappoint. Deeohgee quickly became one of my favorite bands to work with (and just in general) a few years ago, and we're still at it. On September 8th they're releasing a new song called "Down on the Farm", and you can pre-save it here: https://li.sten.to/9xcyw38q I got to see them perform it live, and it's amazing. I've never been so honored to go run around in a barnyard with a few hooligans before. Amazing things just keep happening out at Driftless Music Gardens. Tonight I had the pleasure of shooting Trampled by Turtles, and it was an unbelievable experience. My 16 year old daughter was my second shooter, and it was amazing to share that time with her. Several more of these to come....time to get some sleep so I can shoot a wedding tomorrow! BUT....if you're looking for something to do tomorrow night, Horseshoes & Hand Grenades and Pokey LaFarge will be playing out at DMG. Tickets and camping still available....do yourself a favor and get out there under the stars.
