•Planning & event coordination
✨if you just want to relax and let us take care of the details(start to finish) we got you covered😉

•Set up & clean up
✨The actual hardest part😅 and it’s always easier with some extra hands!

•Special event cakes/dessert bar
✨Where it all began! Beautiful buttercream cakes intentionally designed for your event. We also make cupcakes, cake shooters, and other desserts.
(We do not make royal icing cookies or cake pops but I have some incredible vendors that do☺️)

✨Born and raised in Lakeland, Florida
Nicolette grew up cooking alongside her parents. She always LOVED trying new things and coming up with new recipes. In middle school she burned through a few cookbooks and many food network recipes, thats what really got the ball rolling. She also loved to bake/decorate cakes for her family and friends! In 2016 she started a little side hustle making wedding/birthday/event cakes while also getting her feet wet in the event world planning/coordinating. Little did she know she would quit her full time job in 2021 and fully commit to Nicolette Allys Events!✨

✨Fun fact Allys is her middle name and it’s pronounced like name but with an A! Pretty but confusing😅✨
