Traveling the US and the World in search of interesting subjects and places to capture with my Nikon cameras and lenses. Environmental portraits are my specialty with a love of the gritty and abandoned or desolate as my favorite locations. Juxtaposition would be the word I'd use to describe my desired aesthetic. Other area's of photographic interest are concerts, sports, and of course my daughter Zoe.

It was cold and early but I’ve learned that when my buddy and gifted shooter asks me to come shoot I should get in gear… he introduced me to while it was still dark and cold but she was a rockstar trooper not only dealing with the cold but looking comfortable while doing it… thank you both for letting me bring my strobes along to play on a snow day…

I knew I couldn’t get the shot I wanted. Driving 6 hours north wasn’t in the cards.
