With so many new faces here and engagement season right on our heels, I figured today would be as good as any for my very first on the last Friday of the year.

I’m Nica, of Every Little Detail. I’ve been planning weddings for 10 years and have been full time since I was laid off from my job in 2015.

I’m an overthinker. Case in point, I’ve gone to pen and paper to write down what I wanted to share today.

I don’t like surprises of any kind. It drives my Family and Friends crazy and it makes me a little anxious. I suppose that’s the planner in me.

Reading is my favorite pastime. I’ve recently gotten into audio books and I can’t get enough. In the last week I’ve listened to 5 audio books even though I’ve read the books. It’s a different but wonderful experience.

Musicals are my jam! I always listen to the soundtrack before I see the play. , and continues to be in heavy rotation.
