🏆 1st Place for Booth Design at the 2026 Wichita Bridal Expo felt like winning the Super Bowl.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, both vendors and couples! We had the best weekend engaging with everyone about planning, coordination, and design! ✨

When we started designing our booth back in November, we knew we wanted some eye catching, on brand, and clearly communicating what we do and how we serve couples.

Our gallery walls included photos and details we help plan, design, and execute:
Timelines
Layouts & Mood Boards
Seating Charts
Ceremony/Processional Orders
Set Up and Tear Down Checklists
Vendor Contracts & Communication
AND SO MUCH MORE!

We were also able to include some of our favorite behind the scenes photos taken of our team in action on wedding days, serving our couples and loving them as friends.

All of our materials (pricing rack cards, business cards, etc) were on the front corners of our booth so that couples who didn’t want to stop could easily grab and go. We had a cute QR code stand linking directly to our website, Instagram, etc that couples could scan as they walked by.

We also included a vendor hub with business cards from other vendors at the expo that we love working with (and trust wholeheartedly) so that we could point couples in the direction of other categories they were searching for!

We used iPad stands for the conversations/connections that turned into coffee consults so they could easily book through our Calendly link with dates and times our team is available.

We offered a promo BUT without pressure of booking ANYTHING that day. Couples who attend the expo (or Hudson open house soon) get $200 off any service if they book before March! And finally, we are giving away a FREE COORDINATION package (or value off planning services) to one lucky couple that schedules a coffee consult with us over the next month.

Our team was friendly, not pushy, and hopefully as helpful as we could be to provide information/inspiration.

I promise NO WEDDING DRESSES nor planners were harmed in the making of this video. But for SURE climbing up and down a treehouse with the bride’s dress change is nerve-wracking!

Just proof that wedding planners are human, and while we may seem super human handling every detail of the most monumental day of your life, underneath we are just malnourished, dehydrated servants who occasionally THINK they are stumbling. But did I? Nope!

Still living in the dream that was the Womacks wedding day. I’m forever grateful to have walked beside Drew and Kyler their entire planning journey, and to bring their dreams to reality was a highlight of my career. It was perfection and I may never be the same.

More than a beautiful room, Drew and Kyler are beautiful people to know both inside and out. I’m honored to know them and honored to have served them for well over a year! WOW, what a journey!

*Disclaimer: As a wedding planner or coordinator, I typically leave cakes alone and let the professionals from the bakery handle placement. But sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do and move the dang cake!

As a wedding coordination team, it’s our job to party from set up to tear down (depending on package! 😏)

I’m so grateful for the people who put blind faith in me all the way back to 2010!!

I love seeing my couples build a life together, have children, create a home, and just overall grow deeper in their love for one another over the years. Happy 6th Anniversary to Brittni & Dalton!
