🏆 1st Place for Booth Design at the 2026 Wichita Bridal Expo felt like winning the Super Bowl.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by, both vendors and couples! We had the best weekend engaging with everyone about planning, coordination, and design! ✨
When we started designing our booth back in November, we knew we wanted some eye catching, on brand, and clearly communicating what we do and how we serve couples.

We were also able to include some of our favorite behind the scenes photos taken of our team in action on wedding days, serving our couples and loving them as friends.
All of our materials (pricing rack cards, business cards, etc) were on the front corners of our booth so that couples who didn’t want to stop could easily grab and go. We had a cute QR code stand linking directly to our website, Instagram, etc that couples could scan as they walked by.
We also included a vendor hub with business cards from other vendors at the expo that we love working with (and trust wholeheartedly) so that we could point couples in the direction of other categories they were searching for!
We used iPad stands for the conversations/connections that turned into coffee consults so they could easily book through our Calendly link with dates and times our team is available.
We offered a promo BUT without pressure of booking ANYTHING that day. Couples who attend the expo (or Hudson open house soon) get $200 off any service if they book before March! And finally, we are giving away a FREE COORDINATION package (or value off planning services) to one lucky couple that schedules a coffee consult with us over the next month.
Our team was friendly, not pushy, and hopefully as helpful as we could be to provide information/inspiration.
