Eye left Orlando in 2019, my past clients there and random people STILL ASK ME if eye know of a personal chef who comes into the home and prepares Alkaline meals, or a company that offers Alkaline/raw plant based meal preps or sells Alkaline plates

I’m asking again because eye received a DM this morning.. it’s hard to think 💭 eye was the only one offering this service.

Just sharing a victory one of my meal prep clients had. If you see on the original post it’s dated 2016 however since 2019 she hasn’t had pork.

You can eat what you want, feel how you wana feel about pork but for her this was an important elimination out of her diet.

Also, take note of the duration. It took her 3 years to achieve this goal. She stayed consistent, disciplined and determined. Some of you all be wanting an OVERNIGHT FIX ..🤷🏽‍♀️

She’s evolved from a DIEt to a health conscious lifestyle, on the path to consistently UNlearning and RElearning her relationship with food, because it’s a journey NOT A SPRINT and I’m proud of her♥️
