Holy Moses! Had at the show last night and am super stoked to say that after being a fan and admirer of his for a long time, I am now an official owner of one of his custom hand crafted pads! I had no idea what it was going to look like, and he totally got it. This thing is super dope. I'm honored to have one!

Got a cool surprise the other night to have my buddy mega magic master visit my show at Cocktails & Screams...

Franz was one of the first people to encourage me to let more of the "off stage" me come to the "on stage" and do more with the makeup, hair, etc. Not sure if he remembers the conversation, but many, many years ago backstage at Abbotts, we didn't really know eachother then, as I was humbly telling him how reluctant I was at his suggestion, uncertain I could find any level of success and consistent work to support myself with magic as my sole source of income if I pursue adapting my everyday self into my shows.

At one point, he kind of cut me off and gave me some advice that I really appreciated and listened to because I respected him. Still do. And he was right. And I'm very thankful.

I have absolutely no memory of filming this. So tomorrow night will be a surprise for me too -- is this even on tomorrow night? What night is this on? I'm gonna be out on tour with #mastersofillusion this autumn, but not every date -- I'm missing, like 2 or 3 I can't remember exactly, and I can't remember when the dates are overall it's like September and October but look it up and get tickets but call ahead to ask the venue to make sure if I'm gonna be there or not (and then let me know too maybe) and then check your local listings for when the show is on but I'm like 98% sure it's tomorrow.
