HELP! I NEED TO FIND A VENUE!

Finding a wedding venue is challenging, especially if you don't know where to start looking. So many options, but guess what? You don't even know how much these venues are. Looking at a list of about 10 venues is overwhelming. Forget overwhelming, do you even want to call them? Do you know the questions to ask?? Do you know to ask if there was a fire, where is the emergency exit for your guest? ( Most forget this question) It's the questions you don't know to ask that will hurt your decision on finding the right venue!
Tips to help you:
1. Decide what your priorities are for your venue and then create a list of what is important to you
2. Budget how much you want to spend
3. How many guest will you plan on having
4. All inclusive, or not all inclusive. ( Do you even know what that means:)
5. If your budget is 2500 for a venue, stick to your budget.

HELP, I WANT ALCOHOL AT MY WEDDING, BUT AFRAID SOME OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS WILL OVER DO IT!
I hear this all the time from my Brides. I understand and want to give you some helpful tips
1. Provide beer and wine only
2.Provide a cash bar
3. Don't have alcohol
4. Don't allow shots
5. Maybe talk to the family or friends who you are inviting to your wedding and let them know the 'Rules'
6. Provide other drinking options besides alcohol

Let's talk about brokenness! I recently had a conversation with someone who kept saying she is so broken. Broken because she is just now realizing the toxic areas and trauma she never dealt with. Broken inside and needs to be fixed she said. Broken because she didn't know what her problems were, but now she understands. The thoughts of her playing memories of her past things she did and now regrets not knowing better and kept living in her own world. Her world of chaos! That she thought was normal. Now as she is older, she is aware of her brokenness!

Unmasking the brokenness you carry! How do you know you are Broken? What are the triggers to your brokenness? What is the root cause of your brokenness?

There is always a root! It came from somewhere!!

Is the root not knowing true love? Your fathers absence in your life? The one who was supposed to teach you things. Has his absence affected your inability to love, love yourself and to be loved!

I have realized, when I was dating years ago, I use to have a list. The list was very long. As I have gotten older the list is very short. A lot of things will fall into place, when you give it to God and let God lead. My list is; Love God more than he loves himself, just love me!
My prayer: Lord as you are preparing me to be a wife, give me a pure heart, teach me how to be gentle to him, humbled, patience, graceful, prayer warrior, always greatful for him, understand wife duties to my husband, make things easy for him be his peace, Love him without conditions, trust him to lead, submit to him without a fight, a wife of Nobel character!

My list is longer, because I desire for God to deal with me, prune me and remove all the bad things out of me first. Prepare me to be a wife!

I learned Lord deal with me, so I can be the best representation of you...even in my marriage, that is soon to come!!

I get this question often. As a Wedding Planner, how do I know if the couple will last! My response is I just know, by how well they communicate with each other in planning their wedding together, how they respond and show respect towards each other. Also, can they compromise or not! You have to compromise in marriage! Thoughts?!
