Wow! Today so many special things happened to put my business in alignment and my heart in a place of gratitude and reflection. I was blessed to receive a large shipment arrive two weeks early and the florals are STUNNING. I can’t wait to show my spring clients! I am also excited to spend tomorrow celebrating with one of my favorite collaborators and fellow momtrepreneur Andie Photography/Delta Jewelry Co. As I was organizing my new inventory I was thinking back to how everything started and this memory just popped up. I’m always wondering what I should establish as the official anniversary date for Rainey Artistry (formally know as “Rainey Day Artistry”). I guess that’s 2020 when the LLC was formed. But the concept started nine years ago. I was pregnant with my oldest daughter Eliza and I signed up for a week long makeup artistry course with Taylor Andrews Academy in Utah. I got to spend time with friends and family and then over the weekend I flew to Vegas to spend time with my good friend Dempsey. I wanted to test out my new skills and get creative. We made a plan and put together some magic. I didn’t know what to do next but was eager to share the photos. I talked to her about a business name I was thinking about it and SHE created the page for me that very moment. Makeup artistry was the first step into the event business. It eventually evolved into creating florals after helping coordinate and plan weddings for several of my friends and family with the encouragment and example of Caprice Ward. I have been very blessed to have a huge network of people who have supported me and been there for me from the very beginning. Thank you to everyone, my heart is so full.

I love the flow of an asymmetrical bouquet. There is so many customization options that go into your forever bouquet. You get to take the lead on decisions involving color pallet, texture, floral choices, shape, and greenery as work together to bring your floral vision to reality.
