For the past 22+ years Angela has been planning and coordinating weddings, corporate sales meetings, team building events, family funerals. We work throughout the Puget Sound so call and we can discuss your needs. When planning a wedding, it's entertaining to think about the style and flower choices and fun stuff, but wha

t couples really need to make it all happen is organization. I can help with this allowing the couple and family to do all the fun stuff while we organize and coordinate the schedule. Trust me when we say that a well planned wedding timeline makes guests feel taken care of, and when they feel taken care of, they're more likely to roll with non-traditional plans or just plan have fun. Some of the corporate team building events included Boat Cruises, Geocaching in Las Vegas, Go Kart racing in Seattle, and Teammate Trivia.

Blue Wings Events - Let’s start with the end first.

At Blue Wings Events we are a full time planning and coordination business based in Tacoma with community connections and lots of hidden gems from venues to vendors to share with our clients. Angela the owner is full time and has 2 part time wedding assistants and 1 part time corporate assistant.

Our focus is about making sure you and your guests have the best possible experience on the day of the event and leading up to it, sometimes that means being very honest regarding budgets, to never letting guests know what really goes on behind the scenes at an event. And it’s not all about stress...planning a big event should be fun too!! So let’s start at the end first, what do you want your guests to walk away from your event saying or feeling?
