Sunday evening, December 8th Christmas party for the Flagler County Corvette Club at Grand Haven Golf Club. This was our company's 10th holiday event this week. We DJ'd yet another Saturday, December 7th holiday party at Channel Side in Palm Coast, which was the 4th one of the day for our company. This event was for Stoughton & Duran Custom Homes, They celebrated the evening with dinner, dancing, and a 360° photobooth. Another Saturday night, December 7th holiday party for TWC Services at the recently opened Renaissance by Marriott Daytona Beach Oceanfront in their ballroom. Another December night last evening, and yet another event. This one was a Saturday night December 7th for the Flagler Commodore's Ball holiday party at The Italian American Social Club at Palm Coast. Pyramid Disc Jockeys & Surf 97.3 FM kicked off the weekend holiday celebrations, along with the City of Flagler Beach, and held the December 6th's First Friday at Veterans Park last evening in Flagler Beach Florida. It was chilly, but what a great event and overall success. Lots of people came out to see the park and giant Christmas tree get lit up, and we made it magically snow. They also got their pictures taken with Santa Clause, and watched all of the Flagler County school district's bands and choruses perform holiday favorites. Thank you to Wadsworth Elementary School, Old Kings Elementary School and Imagine School At Town Center, Indian Trails Middle School, Matanzas Pirates Blue Steel Band, and Flagler Palm Coast High School jazz band for providing the holiday music. Special thanks to all of the sponsors who set up booths to promote and showcase their goods and services, and lined up the perimeter all around Veterans Park with their businesses and causes throughout the evening. It was a HUGE Thursday night December 5th gala event at the Ocean Center. Daytona Beach on A1A for the Halifax Humane Society, Inc. 500 to 600 or more prestigious people came together to raise money for this great cause in helping the animals with this Paws & Pearls event. Auction, bidding items, special presentations, dinner and dancing. Music provided by us at Pyramid DJs. Vern & David were honored to be there again this year. Fun gig at the Flagler County Fairgrounds for the 4th Annual Holiday Market & Vendor fair presented by Charming Sisters Events, LLC. Lots of folks came out to showcase their arts & crafts, goods, services, and handmade items. Food vendors were there also. We DJ'd another beautiful wedding this past weekend at Coral Sands Resort and Seaside Cottages in Ormond Beach directly on the Atlantic Ocean. We did the ceremony music on the beach, the cocktail hour, and the reception. It was a fun-filled evening with beautiful weather and a great atmosphere. What a beautiful day we had for the wedding of Kayla & Clay Whedbee last night. It was held at the beautiful Villa Festa Florida venue in DeLand. DJ's Vern and David did the event together because we had to do the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception in 3 different spots on the premises. We set up under the oak tree for the ceremony, inside the house for the cocktail hour, and outdoors under the pavilion/ gazebo. We had to be playing music in different areas at the same time for a portion of the night. The bride & groom were so sweet, and they and their guests danced their butts off. DJ Vern rocked a Saturday night wedding at Ever After Farms in Mims, FL yesterday. We had music equipment setups in 3 separate locations at the venue. We did the music at 4 pm for the ceremony out on the wedding lawn, the cocktail hour out under the outdoor terrace, followed by the reception inside the barn until 10 pm. The dancefloor was "lit" all night long, and we rocked it for the bride, groom, and all their family and friends! Congrats to Kenya & Bruce Reeves on their special magical night. A fabulous Saturday combined birthday party for 3 guests of honor who celebrated their birthdays surrounded by friends, family, members, and guests of the Hammock Dunes Club in Palm Coast last night. We provided DJ Services and a Photobooth and loved working alongside Riley of Juniper Lane Events. DJ David spun the jams. It was great to work with Crystal Hill banquet coordinator.
