This is how they make sun-dried tomatoes in southern Italy. There are screens under them, and when they are laid out they are covered with a screen to prevent pests. No spray, no chemicals, No sulfur, just sun.

Nosh Box Eatery would like to announce the roll out of our weekly meal delivery menu platform! We are finalizing details and should have thee first menu available by next week for online orders. We will be keeping the menu small and limited to our local Dallas area to start with a daily option that feeds 6-8 portions/people. Every day there will be a different meal selection, with a total of 7 options for the week as well as a few additional side dishes. You can pre order one meal or all of them with no minimum required. All meals with be fully cooked and individually packed and sealed in oven ready/reheat-able containers with instructions. Are hope is that this will alleviate the need for those unable to access nutritious meals to have to go with out as well as provide home cooked meals for families and a sense of “normalcy” in a time where we have anything but.
