Ladies, let's be honest. We don't ask for more money, the better position because we don't believe we can have it. We often blame the "good ole boy club" or the mean boss, racism even. That's not the whole truth.

Really, it boils down to us believing in ourselves. Believing we can have it. Believing we can do it. Honey, when your confidence is on 💯 nothing can stop you! You create it for yourself if you doesn't exist. That's just the power of the female energy.

No shade here! I've been there. I settled for many years until I began to love on and pour into me. Then, I woke up my inner queen.
