the kids and teachers love it!

As we had mentioned, JFI restarted our Jazz On Wheels program, sending jazz groups to elementary schools in the Columbia area. Here's Lisa Rose and the Jazz Kings (David Pruitt, Isaac Foley, and Rich Oberto) performing at the Locust Street Expressive Arts School this year. The kids (and teachers) were dancing during most of the performance. We hope to continue this program annually, and your donations to JFI through CoMoGives https://www.comogives.com/organiza.../Jazz-Forword-Initative will help us continue to bring the joy of jazz music to young minds in schools. Bassinsight Productions will be matching all donations to Jazz Forward Initiative (JFI) via the CoMoGives campaign, up to a total of $2500.00. Please help a good cause, keep JFI alive! Go to www.comogives.com and look up Jazz Forward Initiative! It’s a small but feisty nonprofit that brings the Mo jazz music festival to mid Missouri each year in September. and it’s always free, open to the public, and family friendly. 

Donors can make a donation of any amount to one, two, ten, or more organizations from December 1st - December 31st, 2024. All the money that is raised through the CoMoGives campaign goes directly to the participating nonprofits.
