Would you ever guess this is a “school” picture?! We’ve been keeping a little secret and have been working hard behind the scenes to revolutionize and modernize school portraits throughout Chicago! 

Our new endeavor was motivated by two simple reasons.  

1. No more mediocre quality, overpriced, cheesy school pics! No cheesy and outdated props here! Our approach is classic, authentic and timeless. We create beautiful portraits that can seamlessly be integrated into any home gallery display. 

2. To GIVE back to the schools and teachers who endlessly support our children with dwindling financial support. A significant portion of our profits will be donated back to the participating school for new equipment and resources. It’s a win win!

Capturing families on film has been a journey that’s taught us so much about patience, timing, and presence 📸 Unlike digital, film forces us to slow down and consider each shot with intention—an approach that’s only amplified when photographing kids, who bring their own delightful unpredictability! 🎞️

Every frame counts, and with little ones, each moment is filled with spontaneity. We never know exactly what will unfold, and that magic keeps us on our toes and truly in the moment. Film has taught us to embrace the unexpected and savor the in-between moments. It’s an art that pushes us to be present, be flexible, and be real.
