We recently catered an event outside of Jacksboro on a ranch, that we do every year. The most gracious hosts and guests. And of course great entertainment. This year it was The Red Clay Strays! They were awesome. We served Grilled Beef Tenderloins w/ Bourbon Cream Sauce, Garlic Whipped Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus & Grilled Garlic Bread for 185.

We will be offering Beef Tenderloins for the Holidays among other choices.

Did you know....the Paramount+ series Lawman: Bass Reeves, was produced by Taylor Sheridan's production company, Bosque Ranch Productions. It filmed at many area locations in and around north central Texas.

Palo Pinto County can claim two film locations. One in Strawn and the other at a private ranch just off highway 281 south of Mineral Wells. See if you can recognize this dogtrot the next time you watch Lawman: Bass Reeves which recently came out on DVD.
