2024 was the year of the “Grilled Beef Tenderloins”!!!! Not just for the holiday season…it was all year long for our many repeat customers & first timers. We catered weddings, Texas Tech Reunion, Texas A&M Reunions, company parties, and so many other special occasions. Plenty of live entertainment & the views at some amazing ranches! Plus having awesome Hosts & guests make it even better.
We want to thank everyone who selected us for their special occasions.
We look forward to seeing you all again for 2025!

You won’t want to miss the playing of Silent Night on Christmas Eve atop Northwest Mountain. Music will begiFirst Baptist Church Mineral Wellsh and Pharmacy parking lots are the perfect place to park and listen.

This is a tradition that is rich in MW history. It’s been resurrected in recent years to keep the memory alive. This beautiful event came to a tragic hault almost a century ago when a catastrophic event occurred on Northwest Mountain that killed two girls. Read about it here:

We recently catered an event outside of Jacksboro on a ranch, that we do every year. The most gracious hosts and guests. And of course great entertainment. This year it was The Red Clay Strays! They were awesome. We served Grilled Beef Tenderloins w/ Bourbon Cream Sauce, Garlic Whipped Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus & Grilled Garlic Bread for 185.

We will be offering Beef Tenderloins for the Holidays among other choices.
